Rent and Utility Assistance

If you need help paying for rent or utilities, there are several resources available:

If you live in Maricopa, you can apply for emergency rental and utility assistance through your local CAP office. Find more info and start the application process HERE or call 602-506-5911.
If you live in Mesa, you can apply for rent assistance with Turn A New Leaf. Visit turnanewleaf.org/services or call 480-833-9200 to talk to a case manager.

211arizona.org provides 24 hour community info for emergency food, shelter, rental assistance, legal assistance, financial assistance, disability resources, government services and utility assistance.

Food Assistance

If you are hungry or looking for a source of food, please contact our Local Impact Parter, Open Arms:

Open Arms offers food boxes twice a month and along with other resources. For more information, please click HERE.
Paz de Cristo offers hot food, hot showers, and clean clothes. Meals are served everyday. For more information, please click HERE.
House of Refuge has a state-certified food bank. Anyone can come and get a bag of food during donation center hours. For more info, please click HERE.
